Spring is so close. I just can't wait. I love the snow, but I don't like it being cold without the snow. That was always my problem with Texas winters. March is one of those iffy months in Idaho. Well to be honest, April and May are also. In March though we have more cold than we do warm. If you've ever lived up North, you know warm is relative. We think it's warm when it's 40. And the Hardworking Husband is wearing shorts when it's 50. Menu planning can be tricky because we are anxious to be grilling more but it might snow on the day we've planned to grill. And since I'm the one grilling, I don't really care for grilling in the snow. But we are ready to move on from the soups. So I tried to start the month with warmer food and end with a little lighter foods. But I never seem to get it perfect. So for this month, this is the plan.
